The Boulder Creek Wind Farm project team would like to inform you about temporary traffic control activities on the Capricorn Highway near Westwood.
What’s happening
- Impact: Stop/Go traffic, reduced speed limits and heavy vehicle movements during hours of operation.
- Location: Intersection of Roger Street and Capricorn Highway.
- Purpose: To support ongoing construction of the Boulder Creek Wind Farm.
- When: 13 April – 28 August 2026, Monday to Saturday, 6am – 6pm
What to expect
- Minor delays may occur during works
- Traffic controllers will be on site to manage safety
- Access to local properties will be maintained
